When we were looking for our first house, Lori was a great help in getting us financed. She made everything so easy, explaining all our options and getting us a great rate and exactly the right type of loan for us. She was there for us at closing providing moral support and answering our questions until the very last minute. Even after the deal was done and we had moved in, Lori kept checking in on us, making sure everything was as planned and answering any questions that came up. When we decided to refinance, it was really a no-brainer for us. Once again Lori made the process truly easy for us, catering to our needs and schedule, and was there for our family every second, even at closing. We can't say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone thinking about financing a home!
